Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Anthony Baird
Dr. Anthony Baird is pleased to be able to offer beautiful smiles to his neighbors in Bountiful and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Baird earned his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University after earning his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University. He has since engaged in ongoing postgraduate education, specifically selecting courses focusing on smile design and full-mouth rehabilitation. His most recent training in dental implants allows him to offer his patients the best alternative for missing teeth and a return to a beautiful smile. Dr. Baird’s commitment to lifelong education means that he is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results in the least invasive manner with a high emphasis on comfort. This commitment ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.
Dr. Baird is an active participant in the community as a member of the Bountiful Rotary Club. He and his wife Kim have three beautiful children, and in his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his kids.

Office ManagerWell hello, my name Is Debbie I have been in the dental field over 20 yrs and 10 yrs with Millcreek Family Dental. Its truly like family here we love our patients and make it the best experience you will every have at our office. When I am not in the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends camping, traveling, spoiling my grandkids and love riding the Harley with my hubby.

Dental HygienistNice to meet you–I’m Aubrey. Becoming friends with patients while helping them improve their wellbeing is my favorite thing! I’ve been with Millcreek Family Dental since 2010, and plan to be a lifer here! I grew up here in Bountiful and graduated from Weber State University with my BS in Dental Hygiene in 2018, where I won a Future Leader award in my field and served as the Northern Utah Component President. I also have certifications as a CNA, in Zoom Whitening, local anesthesia, and CPR. At the risk of not being well rounded enough, I’m also a Level 1 bowling coach! When I’m not working, I love to read, spend time with my family (yes, we bowl!), and snuggle with our two dogs. I’ve been married since 2012 and had a daughter in 2020. What else makes me smile? Diet Coke and a nice vacation–preferably at the same time!

Dental HygienistHi there, I’m Becky and the thing I love most about my job is the people I get to meet. I have a lot of friends now since I’ve worked at Millcreek for 18 years. When you’re a patient in my care, I want you to feel like you got the best care ever! In my free time I enjoy adventuring such as exploring new places, paddle boarding, skiing or just being in the mountains. Hygiene AssistantHey, how are you? My name is Tara, and I love to socialize with my coworkers and meet the new people who come in every day. I love taking care of them, and seeing them come back again and again means a lot to me. I’m a local girl who graduated from Bountiful High in 2022. I earned my certification in Dental Assisting at Davis Tech the same year, and came to work with Dr. Baird’s team. Outside of the office, I spend a lot of time with my sweet daughter. She’s the greatest adventure I have and my greatest reason to smile. But I also love to spend time with my friends and family, especially traveling–some of my favorite places are Bear Lake and Lake Powell. I love to golf, and I’m down for a game of pickleball anytime. Wanna play?

Front DeskMy name is Karen and it makes my day to see how happy patients are with their new smile. My co-workers here at Millcreek Family Dental are the absolute best, and I love meeting new people here all the time. Basically, I’m a pretty lucky gal! I grew up in Idaho and went to Twin Falls High School, then onto LDS Business College where I studied business administration, which is super helpful for my job! Running a dental office isn’t my only jam though. I’m also certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Attack, and Body Step–so as you might have guessed, I teach aerobics and lift weights. When I’m not working, I enjoy jet skiing, reading, and visiting Lake Powell. I guess all that wears me out, because then I love to sleep! I’ve been married for 37 years, and I have two kids, one dog, and a cat. My family is the best part of my life. Whether I’m with my family, friends, or by myself, a cold Dr. Pepper makes me smile…especially on a warm day. Throw some chocolate in there and it’s pure perfection, am I right?

Dental HygienistHi, I’m Ashley! I love building relationships with patients, and explaining the connection between oral and overall health. I joined Dr. Baird in 2014, and I want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in my chair. I have a BS in Dental Hygiene with Local Anesthesia from Weber State University, plus a Dental Assistant certification from Davis Tech. I’m also certified in radiology and CPR/AED/Basic Life Support. In my spare time, I love to hang with my husband, dogs (Obi and Anakin), family, and friends. Concerts, sushi, traveling, snowboarding, and watching TV shows or movies–especially Star Wars–are my favorite things. You’ll probably hear me mention my sister and my twin nephews–love them! (I have 31 nieces and nephews in total!) When I talk about my family, dogs, patients, coworkers, babies, music, and funny online videos…you can’t wipe the smile off my face!

Dental AssistantHi, I’m Carlie, and I love talking to patients and hearing their stories. Everyone is unique, and that makes my job fun. I grew up in Ogden, UT and went to college in Fresno, CA, where I studied art. Outside of dentistry I have training in leadership and communication, as well as customer service–all of which help me serve patients better. I entered the dental world in 2021, and have worked in endodontic, general, and pediatric dentistry. But dental assisting isn’t the only thing I love. I love to paint, read, camp, cook, and play games with my family and friends. As the fourth of five kids, I have a big family–even bigger after my marriage in Summer, 2024! What else makes me smile? Anything where I get to watch the amazing Robin Williams!
